although many people say this is a commercialized "holiday", it's still nice to see people plan something special for their significant others. i think it's soo adorable when i see men are carrying flowers!
my wonderful husband surprised me with tulips this morning. he also made me cookies and packed me lunch with tons of snacks the night before so it was all laid out for me when i was walking out the house in the morning. i've been working some intense hours and have been skipping meals or eating unhealthy so it was a very thoughtful present.
my family is heading out to memphis this weekend to spend some time in my brother in law's hometown. i'm looking forward to a couple of days off but not to the thirty degree weather!!!
